******有限公司航空服務(wù)部(以下簡稱“采購人”)現(xiàn)對南航機組人員異地駐勤保障車輛項目進行談判采購采購。
China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. is announcing to launch the aircrew transportation service procurement project. Please refer below for the details:
1、項目簡介
Project Introduction
1.1項目名稱：安克雷奇駐勤車輛服務(wù)采購項目。
Project Name：Aircrew Transportation?service procurement in the city of?Anchorage.
1.2項目編號：CZ******51。
Project Number：CZ******51
1.3采購數(shù)量：本次采購1家合作供應(yīng)商，通過符合性審查供應(yīng)商數(shù)量達不到計劃采購數(shù)量的情況，按實際通過的個數(shù)推薦。
Quantity：Only one candidate will be slected for this project. If the number of candidates fails to reach the planned slect quantity through the compliance review, it shall be recommended according to the actual number.
1.4 服務(wù)內(nèi)容：本項目為南航異地駐勤機組所需車輛接送服務(wù)采購，入圍供應(yīng)商需遵守南航機組保障安全、服務(wù)管理規(guī)定，為南航機組提供車輛保障服務(wù)；關(guān)注南航航班計劃，根據(jù)航班計劃做好接送機服務(wù)。
Service content: This project is looking for Aircrew Transportation?service provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines.
1.5 報價要求：
General requirements of Quotation
車輛保障標準 Transportation |
車輛服務(wù)供應(yīng)商提供候機樓往返酒店的交通服務(wù)，安排專車按航班運行時間接送機組。車費限價：135美元/單程。 Dedicated transportation service from?ANC Airport to ANC Hotel.The ceiling price of the service is USD135 per single trip. |
本項目報價均為含稅價。本項目采用框架（無固定總金額）采購模式。談判人必須對全部內(nèi)容進行報價，如有缺漏或超過最高限價（單價）的報價，將導致報價無效。本次采購金額和數(shù)量為預估數(shù)據(jù)，采購人有權(quán)按實際需要調(diào)整，并按實際數(shù)量進行結(jié)算。合同期內(nèi)的采購數(shù)量可能會有所增減，固定單價不再進行相應(yīng)調(diào)整。
The price of this project is inclusive of taxes.This project adopts the framework (no fixed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.

1.7?合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年（預計合同時間為：2026年5月1日至2028年4月30日），具體起始時間以雙方簽署合同內(nèi)容為準。

2、供應(yīng)商資格要求
Supplier qualification
2.1?供應(yīng)商必須是當?shù)刈缘墓荆邆洚數(shù)卣姓J合法有效的資質(zhì)文件。
Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid license.
2.2 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當購買相關(guān)保險且保額能夠覆蓋在履行合同義務(wù)過程中可能產(chǎn)生的任何索賠。
Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement.
2.3 車輛供應(yīng)商須負責所在地國際機場往返酒店的交通服務(wù)，保證機組一人一座，同時車輛可容納機組行李，專車按約定時間接送機組。
Supplier shall be responsible for the transportation service?back and forth the?ANC Airport to ANC Crew Hotel and?ensure that each crew has one seat. At the same time, the vehicle can accommodate the crew's luggage, and the supplier will pick up and dr-op off the crew at the agreed time.
2.4 ******集團“限制交易供應(yīng)商名單”且仍在限制期內(nèi)的法人或其他組織不得參與本次談判。
Legal person?(The Owner of supplier)?or other organizations?who is?listed in the "restricted?list of?suppliers" of ?Airline and still within the restricted period shall not participate in this tender.
2.5?******集團“禁止交易企業(yè)名單”的企業(yè)，不得參與本次談判。
The Supplier who?is listed in the “prohibited list of trading” of Airline shall not participate in this tender.
3、供應(yīng)商報名
Supplier Registration
3.1 公告時間：【2026】年【1】月【13】日08時30分至【2026】年【1】月【15】日23時59分止。?
Notification Period: From ?8:30【January 13, 2026】?to?23：59?【January 15, 2026】.
3.2 報名時間及報名文件的遞交：【2026】年【1】月【13】日08時30分至【2026】年【1】月【15】日23時59分止，向采購人發(fā)送報名資料（見附表），逾期送達的報名資料恕不接受。
Application?Period: Registration form must be submitted?to Airline from 8:30 【January 13, 2026】?to 23：59【January 15, 2026】.
